- Authorization form.
- $329.00 processing fee.
- $30.00 ($40.00 for off-shore and Saturday deliveries) for Federal Express return of your new passport.
- Select payment method and send or deliver your package to ATLAS SERVICES.

Please Read:
- Prices are per person per passport.DUE TO THE INDIVISIBLE NATURE THIS SERVICE NO REFUNDS CAN OR WILL BE ISSUED.
- We process and procure the passport the very same day, but you'll need to factor-in the time it takes to send the passport for processing and the time it takes the issued passport to be sent back to you. In reality this process takes 2 days. Also please note that Atlas Services provides a mere convenience service. All passports, modifications, amendments, renewals and page additions are strictly performed by the Passport Agency. Atlas Services and its employees, in no way, expressly or impliedly, make, or can make any promises, or guarantee the issuance, renewal, requested amendments, modifications, or the processing times beyond the statements in this instructions sheet. We are not responsible for administrative or investigative delays, delays due to request for additional documents that may be required by the Passport Agency, weather acclamations, computer breakdowns at the Passport Agency, or Fed-Ex, or other courier delays.
