- Authorization form.
- $150.00 processing fee.
- $30.00 ($40.00 for off-shore and Saturday deliveries) for Federal Express return of your new passport.
- Select payment method and send or deliver your package to ATLAS SERVICES.

If your documents are in order and your application is approved, however, the passport would be issued promptly. We are not responsible for administrative errors (e.g., misspelling of name, etc.), delays caused by additional documents that may be required by the Passport Agency, other issuance related delays attributable to the passport agency, or for delays caused by airlines, and/or overnight couriers
